This Lidless Fiber Array is a capless fiber array assembly designed for high-precision optical coupling and compact photonic packaging applications. It supports various channel configurations ranging from 1 to 32 channels and is suitable for multiple operating wavelengths, including 460nm, 630nm, 780nm, 850nm, 980nm, 1060nm, 1310nm, 1550nm, 1650nm, and 1950nm. Constructed using materials such as Pyrex, Tempax, Quartz, and Silicon, the product features a "Lidless" structural design that minimizes obstruction at the top of the array, making it ideally suited for chip-facet coupling, array mounting, and high-density module packaging. Depending on the channel count, various fiber pitch options—including 250μm, 127/250μm, and 127μm—are available. With strictly controlled pitch tolerances, this product is well-suited for applications demanding high levels of array precision and consistency.
