Our graphite gasket sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 6.0mm. For most applications, it's advisable to choose the thinnest material that meets your requirements. These sheets are constructed with two sides of pure flexible graphite sheet and a 0.2 - 0.25mm perforated metal insert. The metal insert can be 0.2 - 0.25mm carbon steel (also known as tinplate), or options like ss201, 304, 316. You can also select from different carbon content levels: 95%, 97%, 98%, or 99%.

  • Thickness: Available in 1.0 - 6.0mm. For thicker options, we offer the 3+2 type (with the product section from top to bottom in the order of Paper - Metal - Paper - Metal - Paper) and utilize multi - paper bonding technology.
  • Standard Sizes: 500500mm; 5001000mm; 5001500mm; 10001000mm; 1000*1500mm. Additionally, we can customize sizes according to your specific needs.
