The continuously variable speed vertical drilling and tapping center is an A-shaped single column fixed, with a movable worktable structure, high rigidity of the basic components, and lightweight moving components, which fully meets the needs of users. It can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and other processes in one clamping.
Main Features
- The bed and main structure are cast in gray cast iron, which has good rigidity and shock absorption. Reinforcement ribs are arranged inside the bed, and the bed structure is heavy.
- The horizontal slide and worktable are both cast in gray cast iron. The horizontal slide adopts a super-large span structural design, which effectively increases stability.
- The column adopts a herringbone structure with "M" rib reinforcement inside, providing excellent rigidity and seismic resistance. The "A"-shaped base design increases column rigidity and reduces forward tilt.
- Three axes use AC Nanjing Huaxing & Guangzhou CNC servo motors with backlash-free elastic coupling directly connected to the screw for fast dynamic response.
