Application
The machine tool is suitable for the processing of flange products above DN150.Vertical multi-axis U-drilling, simple and fast operation, can achieve the process of simultaneously drilling multiple holes distributed evenly on the flange with one clamping.
Main features
The machine tool employs U-drilling for hole making, completing the processing of the product through high-speed rotation, high feed rate, and automatic feed method.
The drilling head employs a multi-axis structure, allowing for the simultaneous processing of holes on a flange in one operation, and the efficiency of processing the same type of flange is very high, being (number of holes X1.5) times the efficiency of general-purpose equipment. One person can also operate at least 3 of these special-purpose machines.
High uniformity in processing dimensions: This machine tool fully utilizes a numerical control system for control, requiring only one tool setting to repeatedly process workpieces of the same model, thereby enhancing the uniformity of dimensions.
