Material Processing Capabilities
This industrial shredder efficiently processes a wide range of materials including domestic waste, construction debris, industrial solid waste, discarded tires, waste textiles, stale waste, paper mill waste, biomass, waste wood, forest waste, agricultural waste, and bulky waste materials.
RDF Fuel Production Process
Waste-to-Energy Processing Flow
1. Pretreatment and Transportation
Waste textiles enter the processing line via chain conveyor or belt conveyor for automated loading.
2. Coarse Crushing
Materials undergo initial size reduction using dual-shaft shredders or industrial waste crushers to prepare for subsequent processing stages.
3. Sorting and Purification
Magnetic separation removes ferromagnetic metals for resource recovery. Air classification separates lightweight combustibles (fabrics, plastics) from heavy impurities (sand, gravel).
4. Fine Crushing
Sorted combustible materials are further processed into uniform 50-100mm particles meeting RDF fuel specifications.
5. Molding (Optional)
Optional RDF molding equipment compresses shredded materials into high-density pellets or fuel rods for simplified transportation and storage.
6. Finished Product Application
Final RDF fuel products are suitable for direct use in cement kilns, power plants, and other industrial facilities as coal replacement for energy recovery.
