The RDF production line follows a systematic four-step process:
- Coarse Crushing: Initial size reduction of refuse materials
- Sorting: Separation of incombustible from combustible materials using magnetic separation, screening systems, and air separators
- Fine Crushing: Secondary crushing of combustible materials
- Drying & Molding: Moisture reduction to 10% followed by high-pressure compression molding
