Product Overview
The single shaft shredder is designed for recycling a wide range of materials including plastic, wood, paper, metal, fiber, rubber, and organic waste. Custom configurations are available based on input material size, capacity requirements, and desired output specifications.
Working Principle
Material enters through the hopper into the chassis where a hydraulic cylinder pushes it toward the rotating knife roll. The rotary and fixed knives crush the material, which then falls through the screen and is conveyed to the next process via auxiliary conveyor.

Operation Procedure
- Verify equipment safety status and remove any obstructions
- Check current display is within specified range
- Close main power switch in control box
- Start hydraulic station oil pump and feeding motor
- Press main engine start button for star-delta voltage reduction startup
- After production, clear material and power down system
