When the two shafts rotate, the staggered blades form a "bite" effect, and the garbage (such as large furniture, metal barrels) entering the shredding cavity is rolled into the crushing area, relying on the main shaft torque to overcome the tensile strength of the material.
The relative movement of the two sets of blades generates shearing force, and the material is squeezed and torn at the same time. Tough materials (such as rubber) are torn and hard materials (such as iron sheets) are sheared.
The screen at the bottom of the crushing chamber sets the aperture (such as 30mm) according to the demand, and qualified particles are discharged through the screen. Unqualified materials continue to circulate and crush in the cavity until they meet the particle size requirements.
