The complete production line includes feeding conveyor (1.1kW), copper crusher (45kW), discharge system (0.37x2kW), air separator (3kW + 2.2kW x2), dust remover (3kW + 1.5kW x2), vibrating screens (0.37kW x4), and magnetic separation conveyor (0.55kW). Total power consumption: 68.27kW.

The dry copper wire recycling process begins with shredding materials to approximately 3cm length, followed by secondary crushing. High-precision airflow sorting separates plastic and copper, with electrostatic separators ensuring complete copper recovery. The entire process is dust-free and environmentally friendly.

This machine processes various scrap wires and cables including automobile electrical wires, communication cables, telephone lines, computer wires, and other miscellaneous cables with diameters from 1-200mm that cannot be processed by conventional wire stripping machines.
