Application Scenarios
Eddy Current Separator can be widely used in waste disposal, waste electrical appliances recycling and non-ferrous metal processing industry. It recovers non-ferrous metals from automobile dismantling plant materials, copper aluminum casting sand, smelting ash, waste motor crushing materials, incinerated printed circuit boards, domestic waste, industrial waste, electronic waste treatment, waste plastic doors and windows, and boiler bottom ash.
Maintenance Instructions
- Clean the machine daily and check for loose screws or worn parts
- Regularly fill with grease (every 300 hours for closed bearings)
- Monitor bearing temperature (should not exceed 40°C)
- Clean materials thoroughly before processing to avoid metal contaminants
