Product Description
The urban garbage sorting and recycling line features a scientific workflow. Large waste items are first crushed into smaller particles, then sorted using magnetic and wind separation technologies to extract recyclables like metals, plastics, and glass. A dehydration system reduces waste volume before final processing through fermentation or incineration, converting waste into organic fertilizer or energy.
The trommel screen positioned at the front of the MSW sorting machine efficiently separates waste by size, achieving a 98% impurity separation rate after two screenings. It effectively removes waste cloth, plastic bags, wood blocks, and other debris from construction waste.
