Product Description
The RDF briquette production line is a professionally designed briquetting system for converting municipal waste into RDF fuel briquettes. These briquettes can be used in industrial boilers or power plants as an alternative to coal and traditional fossil fuels like natural gas and diesel.

Production Process
1. Pretreatment and Transportation
Waste materials enter the processing line via chain or belt conveyor for automatic loading.
2. Coarse Crushing
Materials are initially reduced in size using a double-axis shredder or industrial waste crusher.
3. Sorting and Purification
Includes magnetic separation for metal recovery and wind separation to separate light combustibles from heavy impurities.
4. Fine Crushing
Materials are further processed into uniform particles of 50-100mm.
5. Molding
Materials are compressed into high-density fuel rods for easy transportation and storage.
6. Finished Product Application
Final RDF fuel is ready for use in industrial applications as coal replacement.
