GSM06A Series single splice tape is specifically designed for jointing carrier tapes in SMT assembly processes.

Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
- Cut Carrier Tapes: Use precision splice cutting tools (GSMTL20/GSMTL30/GSMTL40) for accurate tape cutting
- Position Splice Clip: Place splice clip (teeth up) on the splice tool's placement pins
- Center Carrier Tapes: Align both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on pins and secure with clamps
- Crimp Connection: Crimp the splice tool handle to connect carrier tapes securely
- Remove Release Liner: Expose adhesive side by removing the release liner
- Apply Tape Strip: Press single strip of splice tape firmly onto cover tape to complete the bond
