The MS4624B is the wideband model of Anritsu’s 462xB VNA family, extending accurate S-parameter, magnitude/phase, and group-delay measurements to 20 GHz. It provides around 100 dB dynamic range at the top end and finer than 10 Hz IF bandwidth for low-noise characterization of RF/microwave components. Optional upgrades enable time-domain analysis, additional sources/ports, and noise-figure testing. As a refurbished unit, it is typically available with recent calibration certificates and accessories, delivering laboratory performance while minimizing capital expenditure.
