The chamber membrane plate filter press features high-drainage filter plates constructed from reinforced polypropylene or stainless steel. Engineered with dense drainage channels and exceptional compressive strength, this equipment ensures rapid water seepage while withstanding operational pressures up to 2.0 MPa without deformation or damage.
Technical Specifications
This shaftless screw type equipment processes material through a systematic dewatering sequence. When material enters the incoming hopper, helical blades rotate to push material along the U-type conveying chute into the compaction zone. The screening is squeezed and dewatered under reverse spring pressure from the squeezing pipe and discharging door cover, with dewatered material falling into transport containers while squeezed water flows back through return pipes.
