1.Select high-quality wood and conduct preliminary cutting according to the design dimensions to remove defects such as knots and cracks.

2.According to the design drawings of the perfume box, the components of the box shape (such as arc-shaped corners and embossed patterns) are processed by CNC engraving machines, milling machines and other equipment to ensure that the shape meets the design requirements and the dimensional error is controlled within 0.1mm.

3.After the wood components have been cut and shaped, they should be fully ground and then thoroughly dusted and cleaned on the surface of the wood components.

4.According to the design requirements, the color of the box surface paint is mixed. The topcoat is sprayed using the same process as the primer, and the thickness of the topcoat is controlled at 50-80μm.
