Q1: Where can I buy all the accessories for installation?

Q2: What's the IP rate of your led neon flex light, will it be suitable for outdoor use?
A2: OCAR's led neon flex with IP rate of IP67 OR IP68, enough for outdoor use. IP68 even can be applied to underwater.
Q3: How many colors RGB have?
A3: Usually RGB changing range 7 colors.
Q4: How to control RGB LED flex neon light?
A4: We offer normal controller and DMX controller.
RGB LED neon flex support for PWM dimming. The controller needs to match with RGB LED neon flex light working voltage. RGB LED neon light shall connect to a DMX decoder when under DMX control.
Q5: How to calculate the accessories quantity needed?
A5: This is usually depend on the length of led neon flex you demand. High voltage and low voltage different. OCAR team is experienced in giving accessories suggestions.
