The BHM300 Automatic Edge Banding Machine is an economical and efficient edge banding device designed specifically for panel stores and small processing workshops. Featuring a compact structure with dimensions of 3000×750×1500mm and a machine weight of 800kg, it can be customized according to customer requirements. Equipped with a vertical display control panel and a hand-crank digital display adjustment device, it enables precise adjustment of the pressure beam height. The large-capacity glue roller design supports continuous glue application and long-term stable operation. The machine supports board thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 60mm and edge banding materials with thicknesses of 0.3mm to 3mm, with a minimum workpiece size of 50mm (width) × 70mm (length). Operating at a conveyor speed of 16m/min, a total power of 7kW, and a working pressure of 0.7MPa, it is suitable for processing various edge banding materials such as PVC and polyester.
