Steel structure building is new type building structure, structure formed by steel column, beam, bracing and purlin, all the components are prefabricated manufactured in workshop and ready for assembling, wall and roof materials could use single color sheet or sandwich panel, all the steel structure components connected by bolt, easy installation and quickly finished.
Product Specification
The pre-engineered steel structure building is mainly divided into the following five parts:
- Embedded parts (can stabilize building structure)
- Columns, generally with H-shaped, square tube, or C-shaped steel (usually with angle steel to connect the two C-shaped steel)
- Beams, generally with H beams (the height of the beams is determined according to the span of building and roof load)
- Purlin, usually C-shaped, Z-shaped or channel steel
- Cladding, divided into two kinds, the first kind is single sheet (color steel sheet). The second kind is composite panel (the core such as polystyrene foam, fiberglass wool between two layers of sheet, warm in winter and cool in summer, and also has sound insulation effect)
