Single Component Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grouting Fluid is a polymer chemical grouting material manufactured from hydrophilic polyether polyols and isocyanate. The material reacts with water to form an elastic colloidal solid, achieving superior water-stopping effects. This innovative high-pressure grouting material is specifically designed for waterproofing and leak-stopping applications.
Produced using advanced foreign technology, our polyurethane grouting material forms a high-elasticity, high-toughness gel with low shrinkage and compact structure after polymerization with water, followed by rapid foaming, expansion, and solidification. The product features exceptional self-repairing functionality through repeated foaming with water, delivering waterproof and leak-stopping effectiveness 2-3 times superior to traditional materials.

Note: When conducting water-based central control, perform water inclusion testing first. Abnormal conditions such as white spots, translucency, or inability to contain water during testing indicate unqualified product, requiring simultaneous measurement of -NCO content.

- Water shut-off in tunnels, roof reinforcement, and broken layer stabilization in coal mining and other mining operations

- Wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles) during construction to avoid direct skin contact. If contaminated, wash thoroughly with water
- Store product in cool locations. Ensure proper ventilation during construction and keep away from fire sources until material solidifies
- Stored in clean, dry, and sealed iron drums
- Transport according to regular product requirements, preventing rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision while ensuring packaging integrity
- Store in ventilated, dry, and cool locations away from direct sunlight and rain. Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃
- Shelf life: 9 months under normal storage conditions
