Oil Soluble PU Injection Foam Polyurethane Grouting Material Oil Based Grouting Agent
One-component polyurethane grout (Oil-soluble) is a chemical grout material formed by composite polymerization of polybasic alcohol and polybasic Isocyanate with isocyanate groups at the end. The material reacts immediately with water to produce gas, volume expansion, and forms a water-insoluble foaming body with substantial strength, making it ideal for waterproof leakage applications and structural reinforcement.
This product is manufactured using advanced foreign technology. Polyurethane grouting material creates a high elasticity and toughness gel with low shrinkage and compact structure, polymerizing after mixing with water and rapidly foaming, expanding, and solidifying. The product features superior self-repairing functionality through repeated foaming with water, delivering waterproof and leak-stopping effectiveness 2-3 times greater than traditional materials.

Fills air leakage in base materials through grouting, treating leakage problems at their root cause. Under grouting equipment pressure, the penetration range can reach 3 meters, eliminating the need for dense needles.

Take 25g of the sample and pour it into a 450ml paper cup. Add 1g of water and stir quickly until foaming begins. Start timing when the foam height no longer rises. Stop timing when the foam height stops rising. If the height from the cup mouth to the top of the foam is greater than 3cm and the foaming time is 3min to 9min, and the foam does not shrink after 30min, it is judged as qualified.

- Fill cracks in tunnels, subways, dams, basements, and actual masonry contact surfaces
- Injection in hydraulic fractures, usable with catalyst for rapid foaming. Contact with water enables full expansion foam for effective water plugging, reinforcement, and structural strengthening
- Wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles) during construction to avoid direct skin contact. If contamination occurs, wash with plenty of water
- Store in cool locations. Construction requires proper ventilation and keeping away from fire sources. Keep construction area away from open flame before material solidification
- Stored in clean, dry, and sealed iron drums
- Transport according to regular product requirements, preventing rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision while ensuring packaging integrity
- Store in ventilated, dry, and cool locations, away from direct sunlight and rain. Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃
- Shelf life is 9 months under normal storage conditions
