ABS V Filter Pleated HEPA Air Filter HVAC System With Galvanized Frame
V-type air filter designed for filtration of particles larger than 0.3μm. Features multi-V mini-pleat design with large filtration area, low resistance, and long service life. Utilizes waterproof ultra-fine glass fiber media with polypropylene plastic frame that can be completely incinerated. Mounting flange frame is interchangeable with bag filters.
- HEPA with aluminum separator for final filtration in clean rooms, effective for particles over 0.3μm in high airflow environments
- Micro glass fiber media with paper clapboard or aluminum foil spacer for optimal air passage and pleat strength
- 180-degree fold design with wedge layer to prevent media damage
- Sealant around media prevents air leaks; available in wooden, aluminum, galvanized, or stainless steel frames
- Each filter undergoes individual laser scanning
- Efficiency range: H10, H11, H12, H13, H14 (95%-99.99995%@0.3um EN1822)
