Achieve high-precision sand blasting derusting, descaling, paint removal, deburring, surface roughening (for coating adhesion promotion) and oxide skin cleaning of metal workpieces; applicable to both ferrous and non-ferrous metal workpieces (steel, aluminum, copper, alloy, etc.).
- Automatic Workpiece Conveying
The built-in floor scraper conveyor (scraper chain) drives the workpiece to move stably through the sand blasting operation zone at a controllable speed, realizing continuous/batch sand blasting without manual handling of workpieces, greatly reducing labor intensity.
- Efficient Abrasive Recycling & Circulation
The scraper mechanism at the bottom of the room collects the used abrasives (quartz sand, steel grit, steel shot, ceramic sand, etc.) and conveys them to the screening and dust removal unit; after screening out impurities (rust, paint slag, dust) and drying, the qualified abrasives are transported back to the sand blasting gun for cyclic use, with an abrasive recycling rate of up to 90% and above.

Equipped with a dedicated pulse bag-type dust removal system (or cartridge dust remover) with a dust collection efficiency of ≥99.9%, which captures the dust generated during sand blasting in real time, meets industrial environmental protection emission standards (no dust overflow), and ensures a clean operation environment for workers.
- Controllable Sand Blasting Intensity
The sand blasting pressure, gun position, number of sand blasting guns and workpiece conveying speed can be adjusted independently, adapting to surface treatment requirements of different workpieces (e.g., light deburring for precision parts, heavy derusting for large steel structural parts).
