The Screw Sand Washer with Dewatering Screen is a high-efficiency sand processing unit that integrates a spiral sand washer and a vibrating dewatering screen into a single system. Specifically designed for the cleaning, dehydration, and classification of manufactured or natural sand, it completes the "washing-dewatering" two-stage process in one unit. This significantly enhances sand quality while reducing moisture and impurity levels, making it a cornerstone of modern sand and gravel production lines.

3.Working Principle
- Washing Phase: The sand-gravel mixture enters the water tank of the spiral washer. Rotating spiral blades stir, tumble, and push the material forward. Under the action of water flow scouring and inter-particle friction, impurities like clay and dust adhering to the sand surface are stripped away.
- Separation & Dewatering Phase: The cleaned sand is pushed by the spiral blades toward the discharge end and drops onto the dewatering screen below. The dewatering screen utilizes dual-motor self-synchronization technology to generate high-frequency linear vibration, moving the sand rapidly across the screen surface.
- Final Output: Moisture and fine impurities pass through the screen mesh and are discharged, while the clean sand is dehydrated and discharged from the end of the unit. The final product features low moisture content and is ready for immediate stacking or use.
