3.Working Principle

Material Feeding: The sand-and-gravel mixture is fed into the inclined water tank through the feeding chute.

Spiral Agitation: An AC motor drives the reducer to rotate the screw shaft. The spiral blades continuously stir the material, causing sand particles to rub against each other and suspend impurities in the water.

Impurity Separation: Low-density impurities (such as silt and organic matter) are discharged via the overflow weir, while clean sand is slowly lifted by the spiral blades.

Dewatering & Output: Water drains away as the sand is lifted. Finally, the clean material is discharged from the outlet, achieving integrated washing, dewatering, and classification.
