1.Product Introduction
The Double Screw Sand Washer is a high-efficiency, large-capacity equipment designed for cleaning and classifying sand and gravel. Utilizing a twin-shaft spiral structure, it offers significantly higher processing capacity and operational efficiency compared to single-screw models.

3.Working Principle
The operation is based on the differential settling velocities of solid particles in liquid (specific gravity differences):

Feeding & Soaking: Materials (sand, gravel) are fed evenly into the inclined tank through the feed box and soaked in clean water.

Agitation & Separation: The dual spiral shafts rotate synchronously to tumble, stir, and scrub the material, stripping clay, dust, and other impurities from the surface of the sand.

Classification & Overflow: Fine particles and impurities, being lighter with slower settling rates, are discharged through the overflow weir. Meanwhile, clean coarse particles are pushed by the blades toward the discharge port.

Dewatering & Discharge: The washed material enters a dewatering screen for further moisture reduction, resulting in clean, well-graded finished sand. This integrates washing, classification, and dewatering into one process.
