Customized Complex Polymetallic Flotation Equipment is an intelligent separation system specifically engineered for symbiotic sulfide ores containing Copper-Lead-Zinc-Gold-Silver. Breaking the limitations of traditional single-metal flotation, these systems utilize multi-chamber segmented cells, independent aeration control, and zone-specific reagent dosing to achieve high-precision selective separation. Leading domestic models, such as the XCF-II/KYF-II and the SF-JJF Composite series, feature a modular U-shaped cell structure with volumes ranging from 0.37 to 20 m³.

 

 

2.Application Ore Beneficiation Equipment

  • Cu-Pb-Zn-Au Symbiotic Ores: Ideal for typical polymetallic deposits (e.g., Yunnan Jinchang, Jiangxi Dexing) to achieve simultaneous enrichment of Cu, Pb, Zn, Au, and Ag.

  • Low-Grade Complex Ores: Serves as the primary process for refractory ores (grades <0.5% Cu, <0.1% Pb, <0.3% Zn), replacing traditional gravity-flotation combined circuits.

  • Associated Precious Metal Recovery: Synchronously recovers gold (85–95% recovery), silver (80–90%), and rhenium (5–15%) in copper concentrates, maximizing economic value.

  • Advanced Pb-Zn Separation: For high-zinc lead ores (Zn/Pb > 3:1), the "Zinc Suppression & Lead Flotation" circuit reduces Zn content in Pb concentrate to <2% and Pb in Zn concentrate to <1.5%.

3.Working Principle Ore Beneficiation Equipment

2. Segmented Reagent Control:
