SMT Fully Automatic PCB Receiving Machine with Bidirectional Conveying PLC Intelligent Control and Adjustable Lifting Pitch
SMT Fully Automatic PCB Receiving Machine
I. Product Introduction
This SMT receiving machine, also commonly known as a board unloading machine or material unloading machine, is specifically designed for automated PCB board receiving. It comes in four specifications to accommodate different PCB board sizes. The equipment adopts a closed sheet metal + aluminum alloy combined structure, equipped with a stepper motor and lead screw lifting system and a PLC intelligent control system, ensuring stable operation and low wear. It supports bidirectional conveying and quick frame changing, and comes standard with an industrial communication interface, making it compatible with the entire SMT production line. It is widely used in the reflow soldering process, component insertion lines, and multi-process finishing stages, replacing manual board receiving, saving labor costs, and improving the automation level of the production line.

IV. Equipment Features
Basic and Universal:
1. Equipped with a standard SMEMA communication interface, seamlessly connecting to upstream and downstream equipment such as SMT placement machines and reflow soldering machines;
2. PLC intelligent control system with mature program, ensuring smooth continuous operation for extended periods and a low failure rate;
3. Industrial touchscreen operation with a simple interface and built-in fault diagnosis prompts, easy for beginners to use.
Industry Standard Features:
1. Enhanced Protection: Enclosed sheet metal and aluminum alloy body, dustproof and impact-resistant, providing a higher level of safety.
2. Precise Transmission: Stepper motor paired with ball screw ensures smooth lifting and prevents sheet metal deformation due to compression.
3. Precise Positioning: Three-point pneumatic clamping structure firmly secures the material frame, eliminating misalignment.
4. Damage Prevention Design: Built-in push plate protection system buffers push plate force, preventing PCB board scratches and breakage.
5. High Adjustability: Hand-cranked screw adjusts width to accommodate various sheet metal specifications; multiple adjustable lifting pitch levels.
6. Intelligent Alarm: Dual audible and visual alarms + on-screen pop-up alerts enable rapid troubleshooting of abnormal issues.
V. Application Scenarios
- Reflow Soldering Back-End: Receives high-temperature PCBs from reflow soldering, automatically and neatly collects the boards, replacing manual board picking, avoiding high-temperature burns, and improving the cleanliness of the collected boards;
- Multi-Process End-End: After PCB processing steps such as pattern transfer, etching, and solder masking are completed, it automatically collects the boards, connecting upstream and downstream processes to achieve automated production line flow;
- Component Insertion Line Back-End: Collects PCBs that have completed component insertion processing, neatly stores them in material frames, and prepares them for subsequent soldering, testing, and packaging processes.
