The Putty Powder Sealing Inclined Push Packaging Industrial Mortar Packaging Machine is designed for automatic quantitative packaging of powder or granular materials. Through rational and scientific design, this machine offers minimal wear, long service life, and high packaging accuracy. Optional functions include automatic bagging, ultrasonic sealing, and automatic bag handling. It is widely applicable in building materials, chemical, mineral, and other industries.
During operation, the operator or automatic bag storage system positions the valve bag on the machine. Compressed air then forces the powder material from the hopper into the bag. When the valve bag reaches the preset weight, it automatically falls onto the take-away conveyor belt.
