Product Overview

The Bridge Type CNC Gantry Machining Center is a high-rigidity CNC machine designed for large workpieces, precision milling, drilling, tapping, boring, contour machining, and complex surface processing. The equipment adopts a bridge-type gantry structure with a fixed bed and fixed worktable, making it especially suitable for large parts that require stable support during high-speed and high-precision machining.

During machining, the gantry crossbeam moves along the left and right guide rails in the X-axis direction, the slide seat moves along the crossbeam in the Y-axis direction, and the spindle box moves vertically in the Z-axis direction. This structure allows the worktable to remain fixed while the bridge gantry system performs coordinated movement, helping improve machining stability for heavy and large-size workpieces.

Equipment Features

The equipment adopts a bridge type gantry structure. During processing, the overhead crane frame (crossbeam) moves along the left and right guide rails in the X-axis direction, the slide seat moves on the crossbeam in the Y-axis direction, and the spindle box moves up and down in the Z-axis direction on the slide seat. The bed and worktable are fixed.

The overall bed and foundation components are made of oil resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron material cast in one piece. The bed and worktable adopt a compact integrated U-shaped structure, providing a stable base for all axial movements. X, Y and Z axes adopt high-precision ball screw transmission, which combines machining accuracy and rigidity.
