Dust Filter Bag for Cement Plant
Cement plant dust filter bags are professional high-performance filter materials specially customized for the harsh working conditions of cement production lines. The most commonly used material is PPS filter fabric, with stable chemical property, good acid and alkali resistance, and long-term temperature resistance up to 160°C. For ultra-high temperature flue gas working conditions, Nomex aramid or glass fiber filter bags are adopted. PTFE membrane coated filter bags are also popular, which can achieve ultra-high dust removal efficiency, prevent dust adhesion and realize easy ash cleaning.
