XLPE Insulated Power Cable - Power cables are used to transmit and distribute electrical energy. These cables are commonly employed in urban underground power grids, power station outgoing lines, internal power supply in industrial and mining enterprises, and underwater transmission lines across rivers.
YJV cables serve as backbone cables in power transmission systems. They are typically installed in urban underground passages (underground manhole covers) or buried directly underground. Proper installation is crucial to prevent service interruptions.
- The minimum bending radius when laying the cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
- YJV / YJLV cables are designed for indoor installation, in channels and pipes, and can also be buried in loose soil that cannot bear external forces.
- YJV22 / YJLV22 cables are suitable for underground laying and can withstand external mechanical forces, but cannot endure large tensile forces.
- Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc., to prevent mechanical damage during installation and keep cables away from heat sources.
- When laying cables through pipes, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. Avoid squeezing the cable when passing through pipes. The total area of cables should not exceed 40% of the total pipe area.
