Construction Details

Conductor: Stranded copper conductor
Insulation: PE/XLPE/PVC
Armoring: Galvanized steel wire or others
Sheath: PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
Pairing: Two insulated cores uniformly twisted together to form a pair with maximum lay length of 100mm
Overall Screening: Accumulated pairs screened with aluminum/mytar tape, helically applied with metallic side down in electrical contact with tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm²
Individual Screening: Each pair screened with aluminum/mytar tape, helically applied with metallic side down in electrical contact with tinned annealed copper drain wire 0.5mm²
