Product Description
The multi head spot welding machine is a gantry type frame used to install related components and withstand welding pressure; The welding machine is fixed, and the workpiece moves along the X-axis.
Work Principle
1. Workpiece 1 (17 points per row). Use three welding machines to spot weld each row of the fixture three times, and then automatically advance to the next row of welding points until all welding points are completed. Stand by after completion. 2. Welding cycle time, manually picking and placing workpieces. The optimal welding time per row is 5S, and the maximum number of rows for several types of workpieces is 75. Therefore, the welding time for each workpiece is 5 * 75=6.25 minutes. The estimated manual loading and unloading time is 3 minutes, ensuring that one piece is completed within 10 minutes. 3. Workpiece 2 (4-6 points per row). On the fixture, use one welding machine to spot weld each row three times, and then automatically advance to the next row of welding points. At the position of the inclined welding points, there is a servo driven positioning welding. The machine will tand by until all solder joints are completed. 4.The positioning of steel bars relies on movable V-shaped blocks to quickly achieve positioning, making it convenient and efficient to change the specifications of workpieces. Every time the specifications are changed, check whether the position of the (horizontal) positioning crossbeam is accurate, and do not interfere with the lower electrode, otherwise do not start the machine. 5.The forward drive of the workpiece is driven by a servo motor with precision gear and rack drive, and the step size can be freely controlled. It is relatively convenient to change the specifications of the workpiece.

Main Features

The spatter during the welding process is further reduced, and the electrode life is further extended. 4. The key electrical components of this product are controlled by PLC, and intelligent management is implemented for equipment operation. The touch screen operation makes the operation more convenient and concise.
