The product employs advanced flash butt welding technology, achieving high-quality welding of saw blades through the coordinated operation of core components such as the mainframe, pneumatic transmission mechanism, secondary circuit, welding transformer, and welding controller. The user-friendly human-machine interface design facilitates rapid operator mastery of the equipment. The transparent protective cover effectively prevents spark splatter during the welding process, enhancing on-site operational safety. The equipment supports butt welding of saw blades with varying cross-sectional areas, accommodating multiple saw blade specifications to meet welding requirements across diverse industries.
 

 

1. The host frame has excellent rigidity and long-term operation without deformation: The host frame is made of high-quality steel plate welding or integral casting structure, which has undergone strict aging treatment and stress relief technology, and has extremely high static rigidity and dynamic impact resistance. It can still maintain structural stability under high-frequency welding impact, ensuring long-lasting and reliable welding accuracy.
2. The pneumatic transmission mechanism is durable and reliable, suitable for high-intensity operations: well-known brands of cylinders, solenoid valves, and pneumatic accessories are selected, and key moving parts are treated with wear-resistant materials. The action life can reach over one million times, which can adapt to continuous and high-intensity production rhythms and reduce equipment downtime caused by aging pneumatic components.
3. Wear resistant design of welding electrodes and clamping components, extending replacement cycle: The electrodes are made of high conductivity and high wear resistant copper alloy materials, and the key contact surfaces of the clamping mechanism are hardened to have excellent wear and arc erosion resistance, maintaining good contact under frequent welding conditions and significantly extending the electrode replacement cycle.
4. Standardized layout of the water and gas circuit system, convenient for heat dissipation and maintenance: The internal water and gas circuit system of the equipment adopts a partitioned layout, and the cooling water circuit effectively cools down the heating components such as transformers, electrodes, and secondary circuits. The pipeline identification of the gas circuit system is clear and the connection is reliable, which facilitates daily inspection and regular maintenance, reducing maintenance difficulty.

Provides graded clamping and forging force. Through a double-layer piston structure, a "light first, heavy later" pressure output is achieved - light pressure is used for rapid feed and positioning, while heavy pressure is used for strong forging at the welding terminal to ensure a dense weld seam and avoid impact damage to thin saw blades.

Human Computer Interaction Interface

Implement information exchange between devices and operators. Used for setting and modifying welding parameters, storing and calling multi specification saw blade formulas, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and displaying and prompting fault alarm information, making the operation more intuitive and convenient.

Copper Alloy Electrode

Waterway Components
