The Bandsaw Butt Welding Machine not only meets the basic welding function, but also pays attention to operational safety and process adaptability. The equipment consists of a host frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding controller, secondary circuit, welding transformer, etc., with a reasonable structure and stable operation. The human-computer interaction interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to set parameters and monitor status. The welding area is equipped with a transparent protective cover, which can block splashing sparks without affecting the observation of the welding process. The human-computer interaction interface is simple and intuitive, with clear operation logic: equipped with a high-definition touch screen or button type operation panel, the interface adopts a combination of graphical and digital methods, and welding parameters, equipment status, and alarm information are clear at a glance. The operation hierarchy is simple, and common operations can be completed without the need to read complex instructions.

Multiple sets of parameter storage and fast calling greatly improve the efficiency of changeover: The controller has built-in storage space for multiple sets of parameters, which can save the welding parameters of different specifications of saw blades in the form of numbers or names. When changing the type, only one click is needed to call, without resetting, effectively shortening the equipment adjustment time and reducing the risk of misoperation.

Real time display of key parameters, with full visibility of the welding process: During the welding process, the interface can dynamically display key parameters such as current welding current, air pressure value, flash time, and forging time, making it easy for operators and quality inspectors to monitor the welding status in real time and detect abnormal fluctuations in a timely manner.
4. The fault diagnosis and prompt functions are complete, and the maintenance efficiency is significantly improved: the equipment has self diagnostic function. When faults such as insufficient air pressure, overload, and sensor abnormalities occur, the interface automatically displays fault codes and brief explanations, guiding operators to quickly locate the problem, shortening the troubleshooting time, and reducing dependence on professional maintenance personnel.

Double-layer Cylinder

Provides graded clamping and forging force. Through a double-layer piston structure, a "light first, heavy later" pressure output is achieved - light pressure is used for rapid feed and positioning, while heavy pressure is used for strong forging at the welding terminal to ensure a dense weld seam and avoid impact damage to thin saw blades.
