Product Description

Kickless Cable (also known as Secondary Water-Cooled Cable) is a specialized insulated conductor designed for electrical equipment operating with low voltage and high current. It features a compact structure with a small cross-section capable of carrying extremely high working currents, achieving excellent heat dissipation through a unique internal water-cooling channel. The cable uses stranded soft copper wires as the conductor, sheathed by a special rubber water hose, with an annular water circulation space reserved between the conductor and the hose. The copper terminals at both ends are securely welded to the conductor strands and connected via a steel ferrule, with internal water ports linking to the coolant path. This design provides exceptional flexibility and ease of movement, making it a critical component for efficient and reliable power transmission and thermal management in automated welders, medium-frequency furnaces, and similar equipment
