240m/min Longitudinal Fin Folding Machine Line For Corrugated Tank
The BW Fin Folding Machine for Corrugated Tank is a special equipment to produce corrugated panels for corrugated oil tank transformers from flat steel sheet in coil. The machine includes decoiler, fin folding unit, hydraulic system, electrical control system, transportation system and etc. The fin folding unit is composed of material guiding, feeding, limiting, press forward, front pressing, folding, back pressing, edge bending, cutting and etc. The corrugated fin folding machine has the characteristics such as perfect appearance, reasonable structure, high availability, utmost precision, easy operation (1-2 people per shift), hydraulic driving, automatic control, low noise, low maintenance, stable operation and friendly human -machine interface image display. In the running mode, the computer completes the entire working procedure at one time such as cutting, folding, and edge bending according to the input parameters.
