Nickel Welding Wire
AWS 5.14 Nickel Welding Wire
Nickel Based Welding Wire ERNi-1 is used for GMAW, GTAW and ASAW welding of Nickel 200 and 201, joining these alloys to stainless and carbon steels, and other nickel and copper-nickel base metals. Also used for overlaying steel. This alloy is useful in a variety of dissimilar applications between nickel alloys to stainless or ferritic steels. This versatile alloy is also used for overlaying carbon steel and in repairing cast iron castings. Chemical Properties of ErNi-1 C Mn
C276 Nickel Alloy Welding Wire
Nickel Based Welding Wire ERNiCrMo-4 Nickel Alloy welding wire C276 is used for welding materials of similar chemical composition as well as dissimilar materials of nickel base alloys, steels and stainless steels. This alloy can also be used for cladding steel with nickel-chrome-molybdenum weld metal. The higher molybdenum content provides great resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion. Chemical Properties of ErNiCrMo-4 C Mn Fe P S Si Cu Ni Co
ErNiCrMo 3 Nickel Welding Wire
Nickel Based Welding Wire ERNiCrMo-3 AWS A 5.14-89 Nickel 625 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum wire used for welding Inconel® 601, 625, and 690, as well as Incoloy® 800, 825, and 800HT to themselves or to each other. Nickel 625 provides excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, high strength and good fatigue resistance over a broad range of temperatures from cryogenic up to 1,800°F.
