BJJSGY acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the outcome of any trade transaction, the quality of any product, or the reliability of any supplier. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any commercial arrangements with suppliers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of BJJSGY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Product images, descriptions, and supplier-provided content remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform with authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Supplier information, product descriptions, or pricing will be accurate or complete
• Products sourced through the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any commercial transaction facilitated through the Platform will be successful or profitable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BJJSGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim

• We are not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, trade sanctions, or pandemics

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BJJSGY, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any dispute between you and a third party, including suppliers connected through the Platform

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Negotiation

10.3 Arbitration

11. Termination

• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

BJJSGY does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. 13. Trade Compliance

You acknowledge that international trade is subject to various laws and regulations, including export controls, trade sanctions, and customs requirements. BJJSGY reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any user or in connection with any transaction that may violate applicable trade laws or regulations.

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement
