Nickel Alloy

Nickel 201 (UNS N02201 / 2.4068) is a low-carbon commercially pure nickel (99.0% min) offering the corrosion resistance of Nickel 200 with improved performance above 315°C. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel 200 (UNS N02200 / 2.4060) is commercially pure wrought nickel (99.0% min) with excellent resistance to caustic alkalis, high electrical and thermal conductivity, and good ductility. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel Alloy K-500 (UNS N05500 / 2.4375) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-copper alloy with the corrosion resistance of Alloy 400 and significantly higher strength and hardness. Available in plate, round bar and wire with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel Alloy 400 (UNS N04400 / 2.4360) is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent seawater, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid resistance. High strength and toughness over wide temperatures. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Nickel Alloy 800HT (UNS N08811 / 1.4959) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with tightly controlled Al+Ti content (0.85-1.20%) for maximum creep rupture strength above 700°C. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Nickel Alloy 800H (UNS N08810 / 1.4876) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with controlled carbon content (0.05-0.10%) for enhanced creep and rupture strength above 600°C. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel Alloy 825 (UNS N08825 / 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium additions for excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel Alloy 601 (UNS N06601 / 2.4851) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with aluminum addition for outstanding oxidation resistance up to 1200°C, even under cyclic heating and cooling. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification .

Nickel Alloy 600 (UNS N06600 / 2.4816) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with oxidation resistance to 1093°C and immunity to chloride stress-corrosion cracking. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Nickel Alloy C-276 (UNS N10276 / 2.4819) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten alloy offering exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking. Available in plate, sheet, round bar and tubing with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Nickel Alloy 718 (UNS N07718 / 2.4668) is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron superalloy with high tensile strength up to 185 ksi, creep resistance to 700°C, and good weldability. Available in plate, sheet, round bar, and forgings with PMI and EN 10204 3.1 certification.

Inconel 625 (UNS N06625 / 2.4856) nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy supplied as plate, sheet, coil, pipe, tube, bar, wire and fittings to ASTM/ASME standards, with cutting, machining, testing and EN 10204 3.1 certification.
