Basic Information:

Desander is a piece of drilling rig equipment designed to separate sand from the drilling fluid. Abrasive solids which can't be removed by shakers can be removed by it. The desander is installed before desilter but after shakers and degasser.

Applications:

1. Increased separation capacity in the fine sand fraction bentonite supported grab work for pipes and diaphragm walls micro tunneling.

2. Full purification of mud,favorable to control mud index,to reduce drill seizure phenomena and to increase drilling quality.

3. The reuse of slurry is beneficial to saving slurry making materials and reducing construction cost.

4. Effective separation of soil slag is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency.

5. The closed-circuit purification of slurry has the advantages of low water content of slag, which is conducive to reduce the pollution to the environment.

Warranty and Commissioning:
6 months from shipment.Warranty covers main parts and components.The warranty does not cover consumable and wearing parts as: oils, fuels, gaskets, lamps, ropes, fuses and drilling tools.
