ZYQ drilling fluid liquid-gas separator is the special equipment of degassing the gas-invaded mud at the first grade. It is mainly used to remove big bubbles with diameter above φ3mm and these bubbles refer to the expanded gas in the fluid that fill in some parts of well annulus. Well kick even spilling out to the rotary table will easily occur if they are not removed.
ZYQN normal pressure sulfureted hydrogen-proof liquid-gas separator is made of high qualified materials and it can effectively prevent the erosion brought by hazardous gases and protect operators and the machine.

The drilling fluid with air tangentially flows into the separator through inlets and falls on a series of specialized inner baffles where the surface area will become wider and from here the fluid flows downwards, forming an eddy flow to separate gas from liquid. Free gas is discharged out from air outlets on the tank top and the discharging pipe length is determined by site situation and match equipment while the degassed fluid id drained into circulation tank.
