Product Description
Be composed of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, motor base & vane. The motor &reducer, reducer & impeller shaft is connected by rigid coupling. The impeller is welded by four vanes.
The impellers can make the fluid form a vortex motion to enforce the stirring effect. The plate between blades can prevent solids particles in mud from depositing around the lower blades after stopping the machine. This can reduce the friction force of these sediments to the blades when start the machine, protecting the motor from overload.
The angle between impeller vanes and the running direction of liquid is 45, which brings a radial flow and axial flow. Thus, it forms a certain circulation flow to make the solid particles in the mud mix and suspend in the fluid completely.
Double-layers vanes construction can work effectively in heavy polymer mud with a high density and deeper mud pit. This can overcome the viscosity and viscous force with a wider mixing area and higher mixing efficiency.
