Mud Cleaner:
KOSUN high effective mud cleaner is the second grade separation equipment of drilling liquid, which will deal with the mud after being treated by the first grade separation equipment. The barite will be recovered and cuttings which are bigger than barite will be removed. Then the barite in the underflow will flow into circulation tanks through the screens when the weighted mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.

It consists of 10″ or 12″ hydraulic cones and manifold. The mud pressure is increased to 0.25M Pa～0.4M Pa by sand pump. Then whose sizes can be adjusted. At the same time, the light liquid is drained out from outlets on the top along the middle passage.Single hydraulic capacity is 100m3/h～120m3/h, removing 45μm～74μm solid particles.

Desilter Cone:
It consists of 4″ hydraulic cones and manifold. The mud pressure is increased to 0.3M Pa～0.4M Pa by sand pump. Then the mud flows into the cones through 〞inlets on cone sides and the separated particles are drained from the underflow openings whose sizes can be adjusted. At the same time, the light liquid is drained out from outlets on the top along the middle passage. Single hydraulic capacity is 15m3/h～20m3/h, removing 15μm～44μm solid particles. The number of cones can be 8, 10, 12, 16.
