T7 Industrial X-Ray Film with 5.2 Gradient & C5 Classification for NDT Applications
Type T7 industrial radiographic film is a premium quality film featuring fine grain structure, high contrast imaging, superior radiation sensitivity, and exceptional definition. Engineered using advanced emulsion technology, this film is designed for both direct exposure applications and use with lead screens using X-ray or gamma radiation sources.
- Welding and casting inspection
- Defense industry quality control
- Aerospace and aircraft component testing
- Composite materials evaluation
- Multiple film techniques for comprehensive analysis
This film is particularly suitable for non-destructive testing of medium thickness heavy metals and alloys, fairly thick light metals and alloys, and heavy metal parts with thick sections when exposed to high-energy radiation. The product is compatible with international standards and optimized for high-temperature automatic processing systems.
