Working Principle
Operating on the proven baking sheet principle of fully automatic washing machines, the HDL-350 features an intelligent film detection system. When manually washed films are placed on the sheet feed plate, the integrated film sensor automatically activates the transmission mechanism. The system then transports the film into the drying chamber where PTC heating elements deliver targeted hot air directly onto the film surface. Through combined water absorption and hot air drying via the suction shaft system, films are completely dried in just 45 seconds. The finished dry film is delivered through the chip outlet, ready for immediate evaluation and analysis.
