SRT5030 Dual OLED Surface Roughness Tester - 0.01μm Accuracy, 150g Portable Instrument with ARM Processor
The SRT5030 Integral Dual OLED Surface Roughness Measuring Instrument is a portable, high-precision device designed for accurate surface roughness measurement in industrial applications.
- Dual OLED displays for versatile viewing in different applications
- Dual start keys (left and right) accommodating various user preferences
- Mobile app compatibility for enhanced accuracy and convenient use in confined spaces
- ARM processor delivering high-speed performance with low power consumption
- Lightweight design at only 150g for easy portability and operation
During measurement, the pickup traces the workpiece surface at a constant rate. The sharp stylus detects surface roughness, causing displacement that generates proportional analog signals through induction coils. These signals are processed by the ARM processor after amplification and digital filtering, with results displayed on the LCD screen.
