The portable magnetic yoke detector is a lightweight, compact magnetic particle flaw detection device that magnetizes ferromagnetic workpieces using a magnetic yoke. This equipment is specifically designed for surface crack detection in various industrial components.

Testing Principles
When magnetizing a material or component, discontinuities transverse to the magnetic field direction create leakage fields at the surface. Finely divided ferromagnetic particles applied to the surface are attracted and held by these leakage fields, forming visible outlines that indicate the location, size, shape, and extent of surface flaws.
Operation & Maintenance
Charging & Power Management

Detection Procedures
- Power on time: 2-3 seconds per detection, maximum 5 seconds

- Add rust-proof agent to magnetic suspension liquid
- Lubricate moving joints before use
