The HEC-102 eddy current electrical conductivity meter utilizes advanced electromagnetic testing technology for precise measurement of material properties in non-ferromagnetic metals. This portable instrument is designed for material separation, quality control, and material state verification applications.
Based on electromagnetic induction, the eddy current method detects changes in conductive materials by analyzing variations in induced currents. When a conductor is placed near an alternating current coil, the resulting electromagnetic interaction generates eddy currents whose characteristics reveal material properties, surface flaws, and structural changes.
